A bit about Molly Hocking

With her effortless vocals, Molly is a 21 year old emerging artist on the UK music scene, having already secured a No 1 and No 6 Single on the Official iTunes music chart.
She has performed at BST Hyde park, The Roundhouse Camden, special guest performer on The Britannia and supported Olly Murs at The 02.

Born in St Ives, Molly has sung and performed from an early age, singing at open mics, theatres and other local music venues around Cornwall. She shot to prominence when she won The Voice UK 2019 after auditioning in her local pub at just 17 - an amazing experience and great platform at the start of her music career.

Her style is unique and there is no mistaking her voice when her songs are played on the radio. Molly tells a story with her vocals and takes you right there. Now releasing independently, she has built up her catalogue of original songs in 2021 to showcase her songwriting ability as well as her stunning vocals. Molly’s certainly beginning to carve a name for herself in the music industry

This summer will see her back performing as special guest singer with P & O Cruises onboard Iona, as well as and supporting Olly Murs when he comes to Cornwall on his UK tour.

Then she heads home for the St Ives September Festival, where she will be performing an intimate concert with guest pianist Thomas Quirke, here at the iconic St Ia Church. It promises to be something quite special - the Church will be glowing with fairy lights and candles - Molly and her spell-binding voice will take centre stage.

The Festival Organiser for the Church, Jo Grant says ; " I'm blown away I finally get to work with Molly.
Since I heard her at "Kidz R Us" before she made it on The Voice, I imagined her singing in the Church as the acoustics are out of this world! Now it's happening!
